Booking & Pricing
How much does it cost?
Pricing is built around your guest count, the services you pick, and event length. Most parties land between $250 and $750. Send us your details and we’ll send back a clear, custom quote within 24 hours.
How do I book?
Reach out via the contact page, by phone (705-715-7403), or DM @manebeautyevents. We’ll confirm availability, lock in a quote, and reserve your date with a small deposit.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — a 30% deposit holds your date. The remainder is due the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date with 7+ days’ notice.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends in spring and summer book up 6–8 weeks ahead. For peak season (May–September), the earlier the better. Off-season weekdays often have last-minute availability.
Travel & Set-Up
How far do you travel?
We’re based in Barrie and serve all of Simcoe County and the GTA at no extra charge. Travel beyond that may include a small mileage fee — quoted upfront.
What do we need to provide?
Just a clean, dry indoor space — or a covered outdoor area — and one or two tables (we can bring our own if needed). Power outlet for cotton candy. That’s it.
How early do you arrive?
We arrive 30–45 minutes before the start of your event to fully set up. Tear-down at the end takes 15 minutes — we leave the space cleaner than we found it.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both work. Outdoor needs shade, no direct sun on glitter/feathers, and a calm space (very windy days are tough). Indoor is always our preference for comfort.
Services & Guests
What ages do you cater to?
Everyone. We’ve done parties for 3-year-olds and bachelorette weekends for 35-year-olds. Each service has age recommendations — we’ll help match the right experience to your guests.
How many guests can you handle?
Comfortably 6 to 30 with one artist. Larger groups (up to 60+) get a second team member added — included in your quote.
Can we mix services?
Absolutely. Most clients combine 2–3 services. We have ready-built combos on the services page, but everything is fully customizable.
Are your products safe?
Cosmetic-grade, skin-safe, hypoallergenic adhesives. Biodegradable glitter. Ethically sourced feathers. Everything we use is professional-grade and party-safe.
